FICA São Paulo - Wealth Inequality

FICA is a housing equity organization based in São Paulo. They have identified housing (and specifically the type of housing known as a cortiço) as critical to reducing inequality and providing an affordable option to people in the city, who otherwise travel long distances to and from the city center. Their innovative social landlord model is one of the first in the country.
